Tim Heiselmoyer
Assistant Property Manager
Tim has a plethora of property management and construction knowledge. Tim began in Real Estate by being an on-site manager in Los Angeles and moving into a Management position overseeing a vast portfolio with properties in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Dallas. Tim relocated to Philadelphia in 2017 and began management with JG Real Estate before moving into a construction management position with Grit Construction where he oversaw ground-up construction of mixed-use buildings. Tim is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild and can be seen in a few films and TV shows.
