Cameron Crossley

Owner | Broker

Cameron is a seasoned real estate professional with 10+ years of diverse experience spanning investment sales, leasing & property management, and residential sales in both the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia markets. Prior to the co-founding of Skale Real Estate, Cameron served a 4 year tenure as Director of Operations for JBMP Group - a boutique real estate firm specializing in third-party leasing. Joining the team in 2017, Cameron played a significant role in growing the business into the full-service brokerage it is today. Through that experience, Cameron has managed dozens of strategic development stabilization initiatives and built and led many successful teams to support back-office leasing operations. Prior to JBMP Group, Cameron spent 3 years in tech strategy with PNC Financial Services. Cameron has an educational background from the Fox School of Business at Temple University where he double majored in Finance and Management Information System. He held a professional real estate license since 2014.

Anthony Giacobetti

Owner

Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge to the team through his experience as an Operations Manager with Full Court Development and also a 3 year tenure as a Development Associate with Khosla Properties. His profound knowledge of construction management and building maintenance enables him to effectively delegate tasks and promptly address maintenance issues across all managed assets. Presently, Anthony supervises our field maintenance team and leasing agents, while also managing the day-to-day operations in the back office. Anthony holds a degree in Finance from Rowan University – Rohrer College of Business.

Anuj Khosla

Owner

Anuj is the principal and founder of Khosla Properties. Separate from his involvement in Skale Real Estate, Anuj has successfully developed more than 125 units across Fishtown, Francisville, Brewerytown, and Germantown and has more than 200 additional units in various stages of the construction process - set to deliver by end of 2025. An active participant in Skale Real Estate’s strategic initiatives, Anuj brings a unique perspective to the team, which has allowed Skale to create a service offering catered to mid to large scale developers. His involvement allows the team to offer valued insights to those clients that are nearing project delivery and allow for seamless integration into our comprehensive lease up approach. Anuj sits on the board of the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia’s Small Scale & Impact Development Council and is an active member of the Builder Industry Association. Anuj has an educational background from Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business and NYU’s Schack Institute for Real Estate Development.

Andrew Lochibihler

Andrew is a Philadelphia real estate professional with over 5 years of experience in residential sales and leasing. Andrew grew up locally in Cherry Hill, NJ, and now resides in Philadelphia where he has lived for the past 7 years. As a proud native of the area, Andrew understands the heartbeat of this vibrant city and its diverse neighborhoods. Andrew has a passion for helping his clients achieve their real estate goals through the use of his local expertise, market knowledge, and personalized service.
