Anuj is the principal and founder of Khosla Properties. Separate from his involvement in Skale Real Estate, Anuj has successfully developed more than 125 units across Fishtown, Francisville, Brewerytown, and Germantown and has more than 200 additional units in various stages of the construction process – set to deliver by end of 2025. An active participant in Skale Real Estate’s strategic initiatives, Anuj brings a unique perspective to the team, which has allowed Skale to create a service offering catered to mid to large scale developers. His involvement allows the team to offer valued insights to those clients that are nearing project delivery and allow for seamless integration into our comprehensive lease up approach. Anuj sits on the board of the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia’s Small Scale & Impact Development Council and is an active member of the Builder Industry Association.

Anuj has an educational background from Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business and NYU’s Schack Institute for Real Estate Development.
