Can I Mount My TV? Can I Hang Pictures / Shelving Units On The Wall?

The short answer here is yes but we advise caution in doing so.  Residents are responsible for any and all wall damage upon move in as this is not considered “normal wear and tear”.

 

In order to reduce wall damage, we recommend the use of picture hanging kits and/or Command hooks to limit damage.

 

Further, if you wish to mount a TV on your wall, this is permitted but it is recommended that you coordinate with an outside vendor or contractor so that it is done properly.  We typically refer our residents to Geek Squad (details here) to ensure the TV is installed correctly the first time.
