Residents do not have much responsibility when it comes to key return when the time comes to vacate their apartment.
Because your building is on Latch access, there is no action required of you to disable this permission. Your Latch access will automatically expire at 10PM on the end date noted on your lease agreement.
If you received a physical mail key or back-up unit key, it is your responsibility to make sure all copies are placed in a marked envelope and left inside a kitchen drawer prior to leaving the building at move-out.
Lost mail keys will be subject to a security deposit deduction.
