1. Acceptable documentation is submitted
2. Verbal or written confirmation of employment from employer
Our system is not a rigid one but the general guidance for acceptable proof of income is:
-Paystubs (two most recent, dated within one month of application submission)
-Bank Statements (two discernible line items showing direct deposits)
-Tax Statements (only to be considered acceptable if applying during Q1)
