Unfortunately, we cannot.
The only way to reserve an available unit is to place a holding deposit on the space. Because our units are in demand, removing a unit from our available inventory for an application submission alone would not be appropriate for other prospective residents who may be willing to submit documents and payments sooner. Because of this, we consider all unit reservations first come first serve based on the time receipt of the holding deposit.
Please note: once an application is approved, this “holding deposit” is re-classified as your “security deposit” and is subsequently credited to your move-in balance.
