All residents will be provided with a physical mail key upon move-in.
The Latch digital access you were provided at move-in will only work for building and unit doors.
Similarly, packages and larger deliveries will be left in our dedicated package area of your building. Residents are encouraged to provide delivery providers with special instructions and set up text/email notifications so they are always aware a moment a package is delivered.
