We ask that all residents return the unit to the condition they found it at move in. Residents will not be deducted for any items considered to be “normal wear and tear”.
It is the responsibility of the resident to ensure no items are left behind, countertops and appliances have been thoroughly cleaned, and bedrooms / common areas are “broom clean”.
If you mounted a tv on the wall and/or installed shelving, hung pictures etc, it is your responsibility to repair any wall damage prior to leaving. Similarly, if you received written permission to paint any area of your unit, it is your responsibility to return to normal color.
