Our renewal process is carefully handled by our Leasing Department and typically begins about 120 days prior to your current lease end date.
At this time, our leasing team will review upcoming expirations and cross reference than with residents that are in good financial standing.
So long that you are current with your balance and timely with payments, our team would love the opportunity to extend your lease.
If you know you would like to extend your lease earlier than this timeline, we always welcome the opportunity to welcome to reach out to our Leasing Department and see if there is an opportunity to extend this offer early.
Our standard renewal will always be 12 months. Although it is unlikely, if we were to ever consider a shorter / longer term extension, it will be absolutely necessary that the new term have a lease end date between 04/01 and 08/01.
