We require that all documents be signed via electronic signature. Our process is designed in such a way that all documents are sent and signed within a timely fashion and further ensures that each necessary form is appropriately stored in the correct area of each resident’s portal.
Because of this, residents can reference previously signed documents with ease at any point during their tenancy.
