It is in both the best interest of the resident and the property manager for lease agreements to end during a more desirable part of the “leasing season”. For residents, there are more options should you decide to live elsewhere. For the property manager, there are more prospects typically searching for housing should a replacement tenant need to be procured.
If your initial lease agreement was drafted with an end date that falls outside of the 04/01 – 09/01 season, our team will more than likely offer a short term extension at your current rate in order to return your lease to a more standardized schedule.
