No. Every applicant and co-signer over the age of 18 years old must submit a separate rental application.
When you are navigating through the rental application, it will provide you the ability to group application submissions together. This is so our team knows who is applying as part of the same group. However, a separate submission is still required for each individual.
Please note: The Skale Real Estate team does not profit from your application fee. The application fee directly covers the associated fees charged by third-party vendors for background screening and application processing.
