The application fee is required in order for our team to run a personal background and credit history check for every prospect and co-signer applying for one of our units.
Our team does not profit from the application fee. Application fees are non-refundable.
We require all individuals over the age of 18 to submit a rental application and pay corresponding fee. Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid this charge. We are unable to accept screening reports that were generated recently on your behalf. It is important that all screening is managed consistently via our backend system.
