Each of our communities are “pet friendly”!
All pets must be approved by the Landlord prior to commencement of lease agreement and Prospects are required to include the details of their pet as part of their rental application.
Should a tenant wish to obtain a pet after moving into a unit, it is required that they reach out to our leasing department to share the details of the pet and request formal approval.
All pet requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. While we don’t have a “breed restriction”, our team generally does not approve pets larger than 45 pounds. Prospects are required to submit a current picture of their pet in addition to veterinarian vaccination records dated within 6 months of application.
The pet fee structure is as follows:
- $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee due at move in (or initial request approval)
