My Apartment Lock Says The Battery Is Low – What Do I Do?

Submit a work order immediately.  Our maintenance team will replace the batteries within 24 hours.  Typically, at the time of the first warning, the electronic lock will continue to work for 10-14 days.

 

Please do not wait to submit this work order.

 

For reference, our team will also receive notifications when batteries are running low.  To mitigate this risk of down time, we will replace batteries in every building twice per year, whether there is an active notification or not.
