How Do I Submit A Rental Application?

Submitting a rental application is a stress free and seamless process with KG Management!

You can apply one of two ways:

Prior to Tour

As you review our inventory online, you will see there is an option to submit a rental application prior to meeting us for a tour. However, prospects are not required to apply before scheduling a tour. Generally speaking, we find that most prospects prefer to review virtual material and tour the property in person before submitting a rental application. This is entirely your choice.

Following Tour

As you conclude your tour with your Leasing Agent, they will be sure to educate you on the next steps to reserving the unit, should you be interested in what you saw. As part of that follow up, you will receive a comprehensive email with necessary links to submit a rental application. In that same email, we will include many other helpful resources such as property marketing material, sample contracts, and necessary disclosures.

PLEASE NOTE: A submitted or approved application alone does not take the unit (“reserve”) off the market. Units will only be held for approved applicants that have submitted a holding deposit. This is honored on first come first serve basis. Your holding deposit will be re-classified as your security deposit after lease documents are signed.
