Latch provides a seamless and intuitive way to gain access to your apartment.
Once your lease is signed, you will receive an activation link to set up your Latch account. If you have had a Latch account under the same email address for a previous residence, no action will be required.
The most important thing to understand about your Latch access is that your “assigned doors” will not show up until the day of your move-in stated on your lease. In other words, you can set up your account weeks in advance, however, you will not see much detail within the app until 6:00AM the day of your lease start date.
