Our move in process and requirements are very straightforward.
Every applicant is required to pre-pay the following prior to move in:
- -Security Deposit (equal to one-month’s rent)
- -First Month’s Rent
- -Last Month’s Rent
Those applicants that are applying with a pet will also be required to pay:
- -Non-refundable one time pet fee per pet addendum
Please Note: All pre-paid amounts must be processed and cleared no later than 3 days prior to move in to receive access to your unit on move-in day. It is important to understand that paying via ACH (bank transfer) will typically take 5-7 business days to process and will delay your move-in if not initiated on time.
