For your convenience, our buildings provide multiple forms of entry via the Latch system.
In the event your mobile device loses power and or is not on your person, you can also gain access to your unit by entering your unique resident code to unlock the door.
If you are without your phone and are not familiar with your unique code, you will need to follow our standard lockout process. Unfortunately, in this scenario, you will be required to call our 24/7 locksmith, who will meet you on site, verify tenancy and unlock the door with a physical master key.
