Do you offer short-term leases?

Unfortunately, the short answer to this question is no.

However, our Leasing Department is always eager to work with prospective residents to find a creative solution to solve their housing request.

The easiest way to to absolve yourself from the responsibility of a longer term lease is to familiarize yourself with our sublet process before signing your lease agreement.  Sublets are approved on a case by case basis and the resident bears the burden of procuring a lead, having them approved, and paying an administrative fee.

Sublets are approved on a case by case basis and the resident bears the burden of procuring the replacement tenant but it is a great alternative solution for those looking to end a lease earlier than the terms they initially agreed to.

On rare occasions, we will entertain the conversation of a short-term lease so longer that the following two criteria are met:

• Prospect is willing to submit rental application in advance of conversation
• Desired lease end date falls between April 1st and August 1st
