Can I bring my friends and family to the tour?

We ask that prospects limit each tour to the number of individuals that are intending to reside in the unit.  We would like to remind all prospects that we have substantial professional marketing material (photos, video, 3D Matterport) on file and sometimes it can be helpful to share this with others rather than bringing them on the tour.

However, we understand the opinion of others is valuable relative to deciding on your future home.  If you prefer to bring others on the tour, we ask that they abide by the same expectations we have for our prospects.

At the time of your tour, there may be other residents in the building and we ask that all parties be respectful of their living space.  This would include being cognizant of noise levels, only entering spaces guided by your agent, and waiting for your agent to arrive before attempting to enter the building.
