When the time comes that you would like to explore the opportunity to add a roommate, please reach out to our leasing department to start that conversation.
While this is typically not an issue, there are a few considerations to keep in mind.
All residents over the age of 18 years old must have a rental application and supporting documentation on file. This is required for liability and safety reasons.
Additionally, there are specific housing / overcrowding regulations we must abide by. In other words, depending on the size of the unit, the addition of a roommate may be denied. This is a requirement set by the city of Philadelphia, not our team.
In order to move forward with this process, we will simply need the name and email address of the incoming prospect, which will allow us to send them a rental application. Upon approval, we will ask that a new lease agreement be signed with all parties.
