Yes, it is Skale Real Estate’s company policy that every rental prospect must tour the property or unit with a member of our leasing staff before a rental application can be submitted to building ownership. Our team is available 7 days per week and additionally offers a host of digital material that can be shared with a few clicks of a mouse. We require this for a few reasons:
1. Transparency: We want you to see the space in person (or virtually) to ensure it meets your needs and expectations before committing to the rental process.
2. Compliance: Touring the property ensures both parties understand the condition of the unit and its amenities.
3. Personalized Experience: Our licensed leasing agents are available to answer any questions you may have about the property, neighborhood, or lease terms during the tour.
4. Ownership Requirement: In some cases, ownership may receive several applications at the same time for a singular unit. It is important they are only reviewing files that have demonstrated the most serious intention to rent and that there is no confusion about the space one may be applying for.
