Does My Parking Agreement Auto-Renew When I Sign My Lease Renewal?

The short answer is no but if you have been offered a lease renewal, you will more likely than not be offered a renewal for your parking space as well.

 

Once your lease renewal agreement has been signed, our Leasing Department will draft a separate, parking renewal document and send this over for review / signature.  We do not automatically send the second document at initial signing in the spirit of avoiding unnecessary paperwork should you not be interested in a renewal whatsoever.

 

If you have renewed your lease but have not yet received a parking lease renewal document, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Leasing Department as a friendly reminder.
